The Darcey Sunshine Foundation is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all aspects of our work. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation.
As a charitable organisation working with children, young people, communities, partner organisations and suppliers, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that our activities and relationships do not contribute to or enable exploitation.
We expect all staff, volunteers, contractors, suppliers and delivery partners to share these standards. Where appropriate, we undertake due diligence when establishing partnerships and purchasing goods or services, and we will not knowingly work with any individual or organisation involved in modern slavery or exploitative practices.
Any concerns relating to modern slavery, exploitation or unethical working practices should be reported to the Foundation and will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
The Foundation will continue to review its practices as the organisation grows and will take appropriate action where risks are identified.
